Gujarat Elections 2017 Exit Poll Results – AAP, BJP, Congress & Others: Gujarat Legislative Assembly tenure is set to expire in December 2017. The Gujarat Vidhan Sabha Election 2017, likely to be held in the month of December 2017 as per the Election Commission (EC). The BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) is in the majorirty party in Gujarat state since 1995. Now (PM) Narendra Modi has been elected three times as chief minister of the state. In Vidhan Sabha Election 2012, BJP has won 115 seats out of 182. Similarly, BJP had won 117 and 127 in 2007 and 2002 respectively. As well as, BJP had won all 26 seats in Lok Sabha Polls held recently. Political parties have already started preparing for the upcoming polls, now let us see which political party prepares their ground for the polls which are about to held in the 2017 end.

Gujarat 2017 Assembly Elections are dates are announced by the EC. BJP has been winning elections in Gujarat since 1995. PM Mr. Narendra Modi who has also served as a Chief Minister (CM) 4 times since 2001 to 2014. Amidst of rising popularity of BJP, Congress will also be ready for competing against BJP. This time Indian National Congress Party might be looking for a Chief Ministerial face, who would be a very popular face amongst Gujaratis and bring them in power after nearly 2 decades. Arvind Kejriwal’s party AAP (Aam Aadmi Party), will be also contesting elections in Gujarat. AAP had won around 20 seats in Punjab. It can be regarded as a good start for a party, which is formed a couple years back. AAP will try to win a good number of seats. Since no party would like bear a loss, as it could have a major impact on Lok Sabha Elections, which is to be held in 2019. Opinion polls can be said as a survey, which is normally conducted by a news channel, media agencies etc before the elections. While the exit polls are asked to the voters just after they walk out after casting his/her vote.

Gujarat Legislative Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) Elections 2017, the below Opinion poll is conducted by survey agency ‘India Trending Now‘, which is conducted between 15 to 25 of October 2016. It shows that BJP could get around 51 percent of votes if the elections are held today. Congress could win 26 percent, while AAP may win 9 percent and rest of the votes are undecided.

Gujarat Elections 2017 – Who may Win?

The party who gets the majority of seats out of 182 will win the elections with or without an alliance. The BJP and Congress are the most powerful national level parties in the state. There are also regional level parties like JDU (Janta Dal-United), GPP (Gujarat Parivartan Party) and NCP (Nationalist Congress Party).
